Refund policy

If there is any issue with your order, you have 7 days to request for the replacement. To start the process you need to email or text us at ghaanidagino@gmail.com with your order number and images of the issue. 

Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipping. For cancelled orders your return will be processed through mode of original payment within 10-12 working days.

Cost of defected piece with the original packaging will be born by you. we do not offer return and refund or exchange for reasons other then manufacturing defect.
